You have a crisis plan in place... but what happens when you actually have to use it?

In the Heat of the Moment

How ready are you to put your crisis plan into action?

On Friday 20th November, we're taking Ops on Tour to Farnborough International for a hands-on day of crisis management that will put your knowledge, judgement and decision-making to the test.

The best way to learn is by doing... but a major crisis is something we'd rather you never had to learn for real... so we'll be bringing elements to life in a safe, controlled environment.

How the day will shape up

We'll get theoretical and practical with fire - including lithium-ion batteries, thermal runaway, fire behaviour and learning when you should (and shouldn't) intervene.  There will be demonstrations, questions and plenty of opportunity to get involved.

We'll hear what it's really like when an incident becomes a major crisis from someone who has experienced the very worst case scenario.

And... we'll respond to a developing crisis, in real time, guided by professionals. Our experts will put you through your paces as decisions need to be made quickly, pressure ramps up and the situation changes around you...
